How NDIS laundry booking works

Four simple steps — the same booking flow as any Laundry Guys service, with NDIS billing built in.

Book online or via your coordinator

Go to our booking form and select 'NDIS' as your customer type in Step 2. Your coordinator can book on your behalf — just share this page with them.

Step 2
We collect your laundry

A Laundry Guys driver collects from your home at your scheduled time. We assign drivers by zone and aim to keep the same driver for your regular pickups — consistency matters.

Step 3
Washed and returned

Your laundry is washed, dried, and folded (or ironed if you've chosen that service) and returned the next day. Same quality, every time.

Step 4
We invoice your plan manager

No payment at the door. We send a GST-inclusive invoice to your plan manager after service — including support category reference for fast approval. Self-managed participants receive an invoice directly.

Common questions

Is Laundry Guys NDIS registered?
We're not currently a registered NDIS provider. However, self-managed and plan-managed participants — around 60% of NDIS participants — can use any provider they choose, including Laundry Guys. Our invoices are accepted by most plan managers. If you're agency-managed, check with your support coordinator first. Not sure? Contact us and we'll help you work it out.
Can my plan manager be invoiced directly?
Yes. We invoice post-service — no upfront payment required. GST-inclusive invoices include NDIS Support Category 01 (Assistance with Daily Life) reference and our ABN, so your plan manager has everything they need for approval. PDF format available on request.
What NDIS support categories cover laundry services?
Laundry is typically covered under Support Category 01 — Assistance with Daily Life (also called Daily Activities). This covers household tasks that help participants live independently. Check your plan or ask your support coordinator to confirm your funding includes household support.
How do I book as an NDIS participant?
Book online at laundryguys.com.au — select 'NDIS' as your customer type at Step 2. No payment is required upfront. You'll receive a booking confirmation, and we'll invoice your plan manager after service. If you'd prefer to arrange it by phone or email, use the contact form on this page.
Can my support coordinator book on my behalf?
Yes — your support coordinator can book on your behalf using the same online form. They'll need your suburb, preferred pickup day, and your plan manager's invoicing details. For coordinators managing multiple participants, contact us to discuss a coordinator account.
Do you provide a service agreement?
Yes — we provide a simple, plain-English service agreement for NDIS participants. It covers service description, pricing, invoicing arrangements, scheduling, and cancellation policy. Contact us before your first pickup and we'll send one through for you and your support coordinator to review.
Will I get the same driver each week?
We assign drivers by zone and aim to keep the same driver for regular NDIS bookings — we take consistency seriously, and we know it matters. We can't always guarantee it, but for weekly recurring bookings in our Zone 1 suburbs, it's usually the same driver.
What if I live outside your current service area?
