These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Laundry Guys service, operated by RPFTB Trust (ABN 34 546 631 405). By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Laundry Guys provides laundry pickup, wash-dry-fold, ironing, and delivery services across Melbourne. Services are subject to availability in your area.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Express (next-day) bookings must be placed by 9pm the previous night and are subject to availability; we confirm acceptance within 30 minutes.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Payment is due after service completion, before return delivery.
A minimum order value of $55 inc GST applies.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing from time to time; new prices apply to new bookings only.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a booking without charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
You are responsible for checking care labels before submitting items.
We follow standard care label instructions. We are not liable for damage to items submitted without care labels or with incorrect care labels.
Please remove all items from pockets. We are not responsible for damage or loss of items left in pockets.
We will notify you of any items we deem unsuitable for processing (heavily soiled, biohazardous, etc.).
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for loss or damage to garments is limited to the cost of the service for the affected items. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Promotions and referrals
Promotional codes (e.g., FIRST20) are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
Referral credits ($15 gift voucher) are issued when a referred friend completes their first order.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
8. Recurring services
Recurring (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) bookings continue until you cancel or pause. You may pause or cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
