• Our drivers and contractors (pickup/delivery address and contact details only)
• Stripe, for payment processing
• Resend, for transactional email delivery
• Supabase, for secure database storage (hosted in Australia / AWS ap-southeast-2)

4. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. All data is stored on encrypted servers. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. To make a request, contact us at support@laundryguys.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via your account settings or by emailing us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

Our website uses essential cookies to operate the booking flow and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
